Will the Sleepy Pâté make my dog fall asleep?

Not quite. This pâté isn’t meant to sedate. Think of it more like a calming cup of chamomile tea. It’s formulated with organic soothing herbs (chamomile, fennel, and lemon balm), to help your dog gently unwind after a stimulating day. Ideal for cozy evenings, post-walk cuddles, or winding down before bedtime.

Is the Sleepy Pâté vegetarian?

Yes, and it’s also vegan and gluten-free. Like all LOONAWELL pâtés, it’s made with a nourishing chickpea base. The Sleepy Pâté combines organic herbs (chamomile, fennel, and lemon balm) with organic apple and a touch of lemon juice. It’s a gentle, plant-based recipe designed to soothe and delight.

Do I need to refrigerate the pâté after opening? Can I freeze it?

Yes, once opened, the pâté should be stored in the fridge and can be kept for up to 4 weeks. Thanks to its natural preservation and packaging, it stays fresh much longer than traditional wet foods.

We don’t recommend freezing it.

Are your pâtés suitable for dogs of all ages?

Yes. Our pâtés are made with the finest organic ingredients, making them both nutritious and gentle on the tummy. Their high moisture content and smooth, spoonable texture make them especially appealing to all dogs, including senior dogs with fewer or more sensitive teeth. Can I use the pâté as a meal for my dog?

No. You can use it as part of a meal, for extra flavor and texture, especially when mixed with a complete base (like our cans). For full meals, we recommend using our Complete Food line which meets 100% of your dog’s daily nutritional needs.
